Shipping & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (The U.S) - Please allow 2-5 business days for your item(s) to arrive. This is based on products coming from our domestic warehouses.
For products coming from our overseas warehouses, please allow 5-10 business days for items to be delivered.
All items are shipped between Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Items are also shipped with a standard shipping method unless you choose a different shipping method (if available).
Return/Exchange Policy
We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.
All swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, and beauty products are final in sale.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part.
Please submit your return & exchange request via Contact Us Request Form. Once the return is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. You should see the refund within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
