Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
Processing / Handling Times
The standard order processing times usually vary between 1- 7 business days unless further time is needed during busy periods or for other reasons which may be stated on our store. Processing for ready made products include checking, packing, and sending your orders to the postal office. Following these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you (if applicable) via email or/and text message.
If you place your order after hours on a Friday or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week. Any orders placed on public holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD ($). Paying in local currency means your local bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

As we have our own workshops located in different parts of the world, we are also partnered with some of the best companies to bring a wider range of quality products to you. Therefore the item(s) in this listing is normally shipped from our main workshop located in China unless we have stock available left in our workshop located in the United States, Canada or Australia.
